FlyGlobe Policies

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting an enquiry or making a booking with FlyGlobe.

Last updated: 25 May 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the FlyGlobe website, submit an enquiry, request a quotation, or make a travel booking through our team.

By using our services, you agree to follow these terms together with any airline, hotel, tour operator, payment provider, or other supplier conditions that apply to your booking.

2. Travel Enquiries and Quotations

Flight prices, availability, taxes, baggage rules, fare conditions, and routing options can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment has been accepted.

Any quote shared by FlyGlobe is based on the information available at the time it is provided. A quote does not guarantee a fare, seat, route, or booking until confirmation is issued.

3. Booking Details

You are responsible for checking that all passenger names, travel dates, destinations, contact details, and travel requirements are correct before payment or ticket issue.

Passenger names must match the travel document that will be used for the journey. Airlines may refuse travel or charge amendment fees if details are incorrect.

4. Payments

Payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, deposits, instalment terms, and balance due dates will be explained during the booking process where applicable.

A booking may be cancelled, re-priced, or released if payment is not received by the agreed deadline. Bank, card, transfer, or provider charges may apply.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and amendment rights depend on the supplier rules attached to your fare or travel product. Some tickets and services may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Where a refund is available, supplier charges, airline penalties, administrative fees, exchange-rate differences, and payment processing costs may be deducted before any balance is returned.

Refund times are controlled by the relevant supplier or payment provider and may vary. FlyGlobe will support eligible refund requests but cannot guarantee supplier processing times.

6. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, transit permissions, health documents, and any other entry requirements for all destinations and transit points.

Entry rules can change. You should check official government and embassy guidance before booking and again before travelling.

7. Baggage, Check-In, and Airline Rules

Baggage allowance, seat selection, check-in deadlines, special assistance, meals, and airline policies are set by the operating airline and may vary by route and fare type.

You should arrive at the airport with enough time to complete check-in, security, immigration, and boarding. Missed flights may be treated as a no-show under airline rules.

8. Schedule Changes and Disruption

Airlines and suppliers may change flight times, routes, aircraft, terminals, or services. FlyGlobe will share important updates when we receive them and have valid contact details for you.

Travel disruption caused by weather, air traffic control, strikes, security events, supplier failure, government action, or other events outside our control may limit the assistance available from FlyGlobe.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance as soon as you book. Insurance should cover cancellation, medical treatment, baggage, delays, missed departures, and the activities you plan to undertake.

10. Website Use

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in a way that may damage FlyGlobe or its users.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time.

11. Liability

FlyGlobe acts as a travel agency and, in many cases, arranges services provided by independent airlines and travel suppliers. Those suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they provide.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability may be limited by supplier terms, international conventions, and applicable law.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms or an existing booking, contact FlyGlobe on 0204 502 1350 or email sales@theflyglobe.com .
